DinoKoll Porcelain Pool
Two-component cement-based adhesive for the installation of any type of tile, even large sized, in swimming-pools and facades. Thixotropic and highly deformable, with rapid setting. Specific for solid stones, preventing the formation of surface stains in the most sensitive marbles.
.DPOOL:
- DPOOL is abbreviation of Dinokoll adhesive for
Swimming POOL tile corresponds EN12004 in C2TE S2 class.
C2: refer to cement based adhesive improved adhesion.
-T: is adhesive with limited vertical slip.
- E: IS adhesive with extended open time.
S2: Highly deformation adhesive according to the norm EN 12002.
⚫ Application:
- Ceramic porcelain for swimming pool, wall, floor and façade.
-To apply glass mosaic and ceramic mosaic, fountains, saunas, according EN12002 after adding isoflex latex in ratio 1:1 with the mixture water to DPOOL

- Water retainer and flexible.
- Consumption:
The best pulling adhesive with notched trowel and back of tile with thin spatula.
- The thickness should not more than 5 mm and 6 kg/ m2 for one side and 7 kg/m2 for both side.
Adolastic and DPOOL abstained S2 flexibility and T Adolastic and DPOOL 1:1 with water (S1 flexibility)
- How to mix
It is better to use electric mixers or mixers that are installed on a drill and use them for 3
to 5 minutes from the time of mixing until you reach a soft, one-hand mortar and free of bubbles mixture. Then the adhesive mortar is rested for 3 to 5 minutes and mixed again for another 30 seconds, now the adhesive is ready to use.
- How to use the adhesive:
The surface of the adhesive application must be completely dry, smooth, and level, and also free from any dust, grease, paraffin oil, or any other substance that causes the substructure and connection to be loose.
The said place should not be exposed to freezing or high temperatures for at least 24 hours. Also, if the working environment has a temperature rise above 35 degrees Celsius, you can moisten the substrate a little, and at a temperature below 5 degrees Celsius, you must warm the environment.
The use of dinokoll primer in the relative strength and insulation of the substructure will reduce the amount of adhesive consumption and increase adhesion.

- Cleaning
After finishing the installation of porcelain and its grouting, the joints should be cleaned immediately with a sponge and water. Other than this, after the grouting material hardens, you must use a specialized cleaner material from Dinokoll to clean the remaining effects of cement and grouting materials.
- Storage:
The place where the adhesive is stored should be cool and dry, and the adhesive should be kept in a closed envelope.
The best consumption time is one year after the production date under the above conditions.
